This is new for me. Going to try this one day at a time. Would love to hear from other women who are sick and tired of being sick and tired.

Exactly what I said before joining this thing. Day by day is best, the first couple of days will be wobbly but you get into the swing of it surprisingly quickly. Good luck!0

Yes! I am one who can easily get overwhelmed by the amount of time it takes to accomplish a goal. But I read something the other day that said "Never give up on a dream just because of the time it will take to accomplish it. The time will pass anyway.” This resonated with me so much!!! One day at a time is all it takes!
