I graduate in around 50 days .. I'm not at a weight in comfortable with at all and I don't want to look horrible walking the stage. just need some friends for support and to give support back !! thank everyone

Right, first of all you're not graduating based on what you look like, you have a strong mind and that's what got you there, concentrate on that. Second of all, 50 days is more than enough time to make changes if you really feel you need to. MFP will carry you through reducing your calories and track your exercise. You got this. And congratulations on graduating, I'm proud of you.0

First - congratulations, Grad!
Second - you can have more than support - you can start getting healthy. You may not get to the end point in fifty days, but you can see progress and feel good about what you're doing!
Start logging what you eat, today. Start reading up on how to make your logging more accurate, and how to set realistic goals for yourself. Start feeling healthy.
