What are the appropriate amount of carbs to intake daily

I was wondering if you should cycle your carb intake to let's say 30-40 for three days then eat about 80-100 on the fourth. Then obviously back down to 30 40 for the next three days? Any advice?

But seriously. I eat at least 225g of carbs every day. And I've lost 13lbs.0 -
carb cycling has nothing to do with weight loss. Just eat in a calorie deficit; keep protein at .8 grams per pound, fats at .4 to .45 per pound of body weight, and fill in rest with carbs…0

how ever many cals you have left after hitting your protein and fat minimums (1 gram per lb lean bodymass and 0.45 grams per lb lean bodymass)
e.g. if you have 120 lbs lean bodymass and your goal intake is 1500 cals a day
120 protein (480 cals)
54 fat (486 cals)
134 carbs (536 cals)
carb cycling is a waste of time and just needlessly complicates things0 -
Eat how ever many carbs satisfy you and fuel your workouts. I eat 35% of my total in carbs (currently 154 g.) which works out perfect for me and I have lost 106 lb. so far. Everyone is different.0
