does anyone have any low sugar snacks that are good to eat to bring your calories for the day up?

Nuts and seeds are great if you need to up your calories. Full of good fats too0

Carrot sticks
Cottage cheese

If you need more calories without eating a lot of food, go for something high in fat (preferably healthy fats). I'd probably eat some peanut butter on toast, or nuts... or dessert, but then again I don't worry much about sugar.
Alternatively, consider a high calorie beverage of some kind - e.g. a smoothie, or some sort of creamy drink. Will likely have more sugar than the nuts/PB option.0 -
