    Successes/struggles this week: I actually managed to stay within my calorie budget over the weekend, which rarely happens. I was expecting to see a bit more of loss this week, but I'll take what I can get!

    Success/Struggles this week. I had a lot of emotional feelings but I was able to talk myself into starting my journey again for me. Struggles was getting through the workouts. I was stopping and sweating but refilling myself with water and I kept going!
