Can anyone see a difference in my pics? The first was the beginning of the 30 day Shred and the second is Day 20.

I am not sure if I am just over analyzing it so that I do see a difference. Honest opinions please.

    oh really? thanks that make it feel worth it!! hard to notice when i see myself every day.

    and i am standing a little bit closer in the first pic. that might make a little bit of a difference.

    i haven't lost any weight and i am not sure that i lost more than .5 inches on each body part.. if that!

    I can definitely see some differences there. Your waist is more defined and the line of hip to thigh has changed which suggests that your legs are smaller/more muscular now. Keep up the great work!

    thanks everyone. it is definitely worth a try if it makes a difference. i just need to get my diet under control and maybe i will lose a few pounds!!
