One Calorie Left! What Can I Have?

For those days you just don't want to leave a calorie on the table, it would be cool to put together a list of ONE calorie snacks....it's another thing to stick to it=) Mine is a radish.

    It has 1 calorie. They're allowed to label that as zero. Up to 5 I think.

    It won't kill you or be detrimental to your weight loss to be just a bit over your calorie goal.

    In fact, I feel it is better to be slightly over than slightly under.

    I would eat come veggies or fruit. Those are GOOD calories, so it is completely fine to eat them. Otherwise, pickles.

    The answer is always pickles.

    A massive bowl of raw spinach, really good for you and fills you up as well. Then stick some lemon juice in sparkling water to reduce the hunger.
