Hi , I need to lose 4 stone , need all the support I can get

5 days in one new life style journey , I'm 50 this year and it's time for change , please help me to achieve my goal , kind regards

    Best of luck to you Patrick! I'm less than three years behind you in age. I'm doing strength training and an eating style that varies between primal/paleo and keto. I use MFP to make sure my carbs are low and my protein is reasonable. Have you settled on a strategy for this new life style?

    I'm getting back on cross trainer and bike but find , in regards to food that carbs are my enemy , I don't eat meat which adds to the issue

    I don't eat meat either or fish so I understand the carbs issue u try to eat fibre more & veg especially in a soup as it keeps you full as well
