I am 5'1" I am 124 and would love to be around 110. I work out daily--I have always been a big runner (it is stress relief for me) and am trying to lift more. I try to stick to 1200 but there are some days when its tough. I usually eat back half of my work out calories. I have been at a few weeks but haven't seen the results I did last time. I lost the weight last year and then gained it back. It is a combination of sliding on the diet side sometimes and the lifting but I feel great and I figure that's pretty important too!

I'm 5'0 and I am 154 lbs. My SW was 180. I would love to be between 130-135 lbs. I will evaluate once I get there if I want to lose more. I am pretty bottom heavy so I carry the weight differently. Mostly I am going by pant size. At 180 I was a size 14/15, currently I am 10/11, I want to be a 7/8.

I'm 5ft and would love to get to 117 (will be happy in the 120s though). I'm currently 137.

I'm 5'0 and 131. I'm not sure where I would like to be. Preferably below 120. But I also want tk work on gaining muscle so it's more about how I'm going to feel at that weight.

I'm 5ft, CW 110. I'm slowing in the process of starting recomp while also trying to get down to 105 (lowering body fat). I'm eating close to 1500-1600 calories each day (depending on the day) and when I get to maintenance I'll probably end up eating 1700-1800. I lift 3 days a week 30-60 min. per session and I run 3 days a week 3-5 miles, sometimes I'll swap running for another form of cardio but rarely now that it's warmer outside.
