need some'help and insight

I seem too be lising weight very very slow and im not sure why, i use a food scale and accurately log in my foods everyday im 34 5-8 260lbs, can someone help me? My diary is open

Losing not lising, and it seams only losing a lb a week, i drink a good amout of water so i know not that0

A pound a week is actually a good rate of loss!
It looks like you are weighing some foods and not others. If you wanted to tighten up your logging, you could begin weighing all foods to make sure that your calorie counts are exactly what you think they are.

When I was losing weight I was between 1& 2pounds a week. Here & there I would fail, eat bad few days & then fear going back to scale. I would be surprised how I gained back s little. I reached my ideal weight & keep it like that for a year already. I watch what I eat but not that strict. Long time ago I had completely wrong approach & I would lose a lot in short time, every time came back like a boomerang. What you are doing is right, healthy & only way for long term success. Just be patient & keep going. If your ultimate goal is to lose 50lbs let's say; set yourself up smaller targets; like 10lbs. It's less discouraging, doesn't feel like mission impossible & you get reason to celebrate your success. You need to feel like you accomplished something. Once you reach it... Set up a new goal, other 10lbs...
