concentrate more on reducing body fat percentage rather than type of exercise for this and don't make a mistake by simply thinking that if you will be doing 1000 exercises on stomach every week but at the same time not loosing enough % of fat you will get a flat stomach. And also, it's not possible to lose fat only around certain areas of the body that you want...you lose fat in general, everywhere. Remember that everybody has a six-pack
, it is just covered by fat.
