First Week - Down 4 lbs!

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to share that I lost 4 lbs during my first week here on MFP!

This is such a great site!! Thank you everyone for your support, motivation, and inspiration! I have a long way to go - but am confident I'll get there thanks to you guys!!

    way to go....it always starts this way and once you start, weight will just come off.....keep up the good work

    i wish that i could loose 1 pound my first week! i weighed myself this morning and it said i gained 3 pounds with diet and exercise! im not really sure what i am doing wrong but it definitely is ruining my mood:(

    don't fret - i weigh myself everyday, and had initally gained two pounds - two days in.
    I blame water retention and the body adjusting to new calorie amounts.

    Hang in there - it will come off! : )
