My commitment:
1. Walking around site during works 30 minutes
2. Doing HIITMAX Program after work
3. Doing Abs Training
4. Doing Yoga as Cooling Down.

    1. Track Everything on MFP
    2. Drink my water requirement
    3. Get my playlist ready for my bootcamp Saturday! :smile:
