Welcome aboard.
Losing weight & gaining muscle aren't likely to happen at the same time, because they require very different
nutrition & exercise. You can _maintain_ the muscle you currently have while losing weight, then once you're at
a healthy weight switch to eating at a slight caloric surplus (with lots of protein) & increase your weightlifting to
increase muscle.
