I'm 24 year old male and I'm 6'0 tall. I run 4 to 5 miles 6 days a week. What should my activity level be and how many calories should i eat per day if i want to loose a pound per week or maintain my weight?

    Your activity level as per the guidelines in setup should match your lifestyles activity,
    To lose 1 pound per week you need to eat 500 fewer calories per day.

    You can use MFP to calculate or calculate your TDEE and do it that way. Do a search of TDEE calculator on the Internet and you'll find a bunch. Based on your sex, age, weight, and how often you exercise, it will give you a daily calorie requirement. From that you can deduct if you're trying to lose weigh. Check out this one to start -
