I have bursitis in both shoulders as well as nerve damage from hernias and carpel tunnel in my neck and shoulders and every time I have tried to do any kind of weights I have ended up in so much pain and end up having to stop exercising for a few day because of it. I tried using 3lb weights but always end up in pain I also have tried the bands and the same thing happened. I have lost 30 lbs so far but am starting to worry that the more I loose I will develop saggy skin and I cant seem to find an exercise to strengthen my upper body with out causing some type of pain or flair up so I am wondering if there is any thing I can do. right now I only do cardio but would like to try some type of weights but am so afraid.

Talk to an orthopaedic doctor. Get a referral to a physiotherapist or physical therapist0
