I find this app so helpful! It really works since i start seeing how much calories i'm taking in and now I can control what I'm eating. And I can still eat my fave treats like chocolates or icecream but just on moderation.. Feel free to add me as your friend! ;) We can all do this! Our goal weight!!

    Working third shift, I really have a tendency to lose track and that can be disastrous, as I made it all the way up to 278!. Down to 205 now and still losing. =) Add me if you like.
