Thought I'd stop by and introduce myself. After trying several calorie counting apps for my Android phone, I think I finally found one that works well. I also like the fact that I can sync to an online profile and that there is a community available to share results and information.

I'm in pretty good shape already. My goal is more body recomposition than true weight loss. I'd like to lose that last bit of fat I have but remain at my current weight. Although I do some cardio for overall fitness health, my main tool to get to my goal is gong to be diet.

BTW, I pretty knowledgeable in the realm of weight training so feel free to ask any questions you may have. I'm not one of those gym heads that just regurgitate the muscle head mantra they hear in the gym. I focus on strength building through simple, compound exercises that get you in and out of the gym in quick, but maximize the time you spend there.

    I must say that I envy you. My body seems to love being heavier. I cannot get rid of 30 lbs that I gained in 12+ years. Well I am happy to hear that you are knowledgeable in weight training, I'll remember to pick your brain when I am ready to tackle weights. :happy:
