Steps not converting to calories burned

2 days ago my app has stopped converting my steps into calories burned. Anyone else have this issue? I thought about re-installing the app but worried that I would lose all my work...

    If you are using a Fitbit or something similar, go to the Apps section, disconnect your device, and then reconnect. It should reset it and sync.
