I just want to pose a question for responses with tips on how to fight cravings. I work nights and it gets really hard because you want to eat out of boredom and just the act of staying awake. I have tried the excess water drinking thing. Just looking for sound advice.

take something that is healthy enough so you can eat some of it when you have the desire to eat. Don't overeat fruit, it's still packed with sugars. Take veggies like tomato, broccoli, carrot, cucumber

For sweet cravings I go for hartleys jelly at 10 calorie a pot or have some aero bubbles chocolate if I have room for it in my calories
for my crisp cravings I try and get crisps for under 100 calories and nibble on them
I've never tried it but chewing gum perhaps?
I tend to have less cravings with eating meat like tuna or turkey.0
