    Successes: Started running this week and I hope to see some weightloss next week from it! Hitting goal of working out 5 times a week! I have stayed on track with calories, so that is good.

    Successes/struggles this week: successful weight loss, but I think I was running on stress. This week has been mostly sedentary with poor food choices because of final exams this week. Next week I plan to incorporate exercise and better food choices and more water.

    Successes/struggles this week: I have finally hit that 100 lbs down! Only 19 lbs to go until I hit the weight goal I set for my self! This alone has boosted my motivation to keep going. :smiley:

    Successes/struggles this week: Not as much running as I had hoped - the weather just didn't cooperate. Did fairly well on food. I've been doing this for awhile, so having this renewed accountability helped encourage the right choices.

    Successes/struggles this week: I was stressed out in the beginning of the week because of my final exams so I was off to a bad start but I ended up finishing the week pretty well. I'm happy that I ended up losing even with a bad start! =)

    So happy for the results!! This is just week one and I am aware a lot of the loss is due to water. I reduced by sugar intake, no late night eating, tracked my calories and joined the challenge. Thank you everyone for the support!

    Successes/struggles this week: Weekends are the worst for me. I have a kind of pattern during the week but weekends get me out of my routine. I also need to get more exercise in.

    Successes/struggles this week: This week I began doing the Body Beast workouts combined with other cardio. I'm glad I started because I needed the guidelines that the program gives (timing, reps, variety, etc.) So the scale might not move as much if I gain muscle? It's hard to judge that so early. So that means I did about 60 minutes of exercise at least 6 days this past week. (On the 7th day, I took my dog for a walk so I got a bit in that day too.) My struggles this week are with food (as usual) because I try to stick close to what MFP says for calorie intake, but it seems low compared to what others are eating. When I go over, I definitely gain weight so I don't know what the deal is. I am trying to focus on healthy, clean meals and we'll see what happens.

    Successes/struggles this week:Family came in from out of town - lots of large dinners and I didn't track any food for 3 days. Glad I didn't overindulge and now know I can keep eating under control. BUT, need to steer back to eating at a deficit :smile:

    Challenge of the week: Went out on a date night with my husband, so had a binge evening. However, I went right back on my plan the next day.

    Success: Started speed walking again... 4.2 miles per hour on an average... feeling a bit sore in the hips area... but trying to keep on track by walking during my lunch hour at work... Best thing I ever did was to purchase a fitbit... I never realized how much I was just not doing anything... would be the reason i've gained 30+ pounds since I started working in my office 6 years ago!
