Successes/struggles this week: Im almost down a pound! Small step in the right direction! I was better at logging everything I'm eating and being honest about it. I didn't get in as much exercise as I wanted, but I have no excuse!
My goal is stay strong through the weekend and be more active and not pig out.
Next week: 30 minutes of activity 5 days, incorporate lifting weights and continue logging every bite.

So happy for the results!! This is just week one and I am aware a lot of the loss is due to water. I reduced by sugar intake, no late night eating, tracked my calories and joined the challenge. Thank you everyone for the support!

While I am happy I didn't gain, I'm so frustrated with myself. I log (or write down) my breakfast and lunch, then everything goes down hill. I stop weighing, and just eat without tracking anything. I also had a box of brownies. Yes, I ate the entire box. I'm going to try to stay on track this week, and get moving.

It's also the week after TOTM so a lot of the large drop in weight this week is due to water retention. Today's weight is also the lowest I've been for 7 years so I'm very pleased with that0 -

Successes this week: I went out drinking/dinner and ate my meal, came home, and did not eat anything else. Usually this is very hard for me to do because since I am out and about drinking, my mind then thinks its "okay" to eat whatever it wants all night.
Struggles this week: This was my last week of graduate classes. I have been extremely fatigued the past few days and when that happens I look for food to keep me "awake" and my mind happy.0 -

Successes/struggles this week:My baby has been sick, which made a bit dificult to go out and run, but i did, as planned. Only in less convenient hours and it has been hard. I broke the 55 kg wall!! I started to drink my coffee without sugar or sweeteners, some friends told me once you get used, you son´t like it sweet anymore. I´m still not there, though . I ve tried to swap my candy bars for dark chocolate, but found out (again) that i better don´t have more than a serving portion at home, and the good chocolate bars usually come in 100 g. Besides that i ve been quite moderate with sweets this week, except yesterday. I tend to binge when i spend too much time alone. Eat fast and a lot when the baby sleeps, because i don´t know if i would be able to do it later. I will try to be in company and do interesting things when my husband works. A 12 kg baby that still can´t walk is exhausting!

Successes: Managed to go on a date with a guy from work AND out for a meal with my family after voting in the election without going over my calorie goals for the respective days. Hopefully I can do the same for the two dates I have with him next week!
