Motivated friends needed


Hi! My name is Tremaine and today start my journey to eating healthy and working out regularly. I've tried many times before but never go past day 3. Would like to have a support group of friends to help me stay on track. I started with a 30 min cardio workout and i feel great! Looking forward to meeting new people.

    Thanks so much. My biggest area is the wworking out part. And i love to snack. It gets tempting and without a good support makes it harder.
