Hey,
for those who have extremely bad hypoglycemia, do you guys find it difficult to keep up with trying to eat healthy but get enough sugar into your body? I try not to pig out, but my sugar levels instantly drop so low and gives the usual symptoms of dizziness, weakness, shock, etc. that when I try to eat fruit , or something generally healthy, that it takes too long to adjust my levels so most of the time I cave in and eat something else that isn't the healthiest or makes me go over my calories just so I can feel better. anyone else have this problem? any advice?

"extremely bad hypoglycemia" means you need a doctor.

Passing out from a Hypoglycemic episode is nothing to fool around with.. Have it my family...

You need a doctors supervision. Get glucose tablets.

I am not extreme, but I can't go too long between meals. I find that eating 6 times a day works best for me. Doesn't have to be a sugary snack. As the above poster mentioned, if its extreme, seeing a doctor would be a wise move.
