How much should 1 try to burn off each day. i want a daily calorie goal of 1500

300 calories? The reason this is a question - there are a number of factors to consider. How high is your activity level? Are you a big person (tall or otherwise).
If you eat 1500 calories & burn 300 calories - your net calories are 1200. This is a pretty safe net calorie number for many women. Higher activity levels - this is too low. Larger people - this is too low. If you go below 1200 (on a regular basis) - your body will go into a "survival" mode. This means your body could potentially canabalize muscle to build blood cells, skin cells, etc. Your goal is probably to keep muscle & lose fat.0 -

That is probably based on home much you said you were working out. Eat less work out less.0
