For the past year and half ive been doing 2 hours walking should i log this or just log my exercise dvds.

    2 hours a day or two hours a week?? Log it either way. It's amazing how many cals it burns! (speed dependant obviously!)

    I walk about 3.5 miles in an hour everyday pushing a 1 year old in pram with the dog attached to the side. It's a great workout & gets a sweat everytime. Don't feel like i've done anything if I don't need a shower at the end!!

    LOG IT!!

    2 hours of any kind of physical activity IS a workout....Good for you!! I too love 2 hour walks.

    Yes, def. log it! I log my walks and running my errands like when I'm grocery shopping, you are walking throughout the store and that does burn calories, might not be a lot but anything counts!
