Syn free chips

When entering Slimming World Syn Free Chips do you use the pre or post oven baked weight as the difference is massive? Any thoughts?

    Davec2178 you will get people from both sides of the coin saying do this or do that. I say do what you feel you should do. I am lazy so I would weigh before because it's much easier IMHO. But if I had a lot and saved them then I would pre-portion them out and weigh them after the fact.

    Ultimately imho that has no based facts just do what you know you can keep up with and won't get annoyed with.

    Best of luck and I'm sure others will be able to explain why before or after is really better.

    Hi, They are par boiled chip shaped potaots, then oven baked using fry light. Take a while to cook but taste lovely!

    Who has time to weigh anything after cooking?! Get them in my tummy
