    I bought T25 last year an still do it today alpha beta gamma. But beta is my favorite set of dvds

    I've just completed day 2 and loving it, it's hard getting the routine sometimes but I just do the modifier till I get it, happy T25 people lets do it!!

    I just started round 2 of T25 this past Monday. I did alpha and beta back in January and completed it and now I'm at it again. I just did day 4 Ab Intervals today.
