Has anyone else tried this? I Netflixed it last night and, though it was pretty tough, I managed to get through the whole thing. I didn't think it would be *that* rough, man was I wrong! My yoga mat practically had a puddle of sweat on it from me! I'm sore this morning, but not totally sore to where I can't function. And I felt really good afterward!

I wanted something to try other than the 30DS, which was my first workout DVD ever, and now I'm terrified of it. I have it hidden because just her face scares the beejesus outta me! It's a good workout, but it kills my knees, so I can't do it but maybe once or twice a week.

Has anyone else tried this DVD? Likes? Dislikes? Results?

    Nena, you said you Netflixed it, should I just search for "Crunch Super Slimdown"? I was wondering if there were any other workout type shows/videos on Netflix?
