Meatless Friday again here.

What are you having?

Breakfast
Eggs, milk

Lunch
canned Tuna

Dinner
Tilapia from frozen.

    I had cereal and milk for breakfast, an apple and PB for snack, will have tuna for lunch, some veggies and cheese for pm snack, and flounder (freezer) with veggies for dinner. mmmm I love Fridays :)
  • Every day is meatless in my home… my daughter is a vegetarian and I have become one to accommodate her.

    Breakfast:
    Emerald “Breakfast on the Go” pouch with glazed nuts, dried fruit and yogurt raisins

    Lunch (which is grazed on all day at work to avoid the treats in the teacher's lounge…):
    Yogurt
    String cheese
    Hummus
    Reduced fat wheat thins
    Small apple
    Pea pods

    Dinner:
    Spinach salad with ff dressing
    Salmon (or some sort of fish)
    Steamed or grilled veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
    Milk

    It’s Friday, after “weigh day” so I might treat myself to a McDonald’s ice cream cone (150 cals but totally worth it)
