Hi all,
Unfortunately love food but luckily I love working out. At the moment I attend Zumba, pilates and occasional spin classes - I try using weights before either class but I think I need to watch what I eat when I'm bored!

you are not alone. I cycle loads of miles, run and lots of walking but its all down to the food I eat that. had bad day today0

There's always another day! I've been really good since I started counting calories again. I've tried just keeping in healthy foods to snack on, slow but steady progress!0
