Please help

hey so I'm a teenager in school and I sit all day. I try to go for my usual 3.5-4 mile runs everyday but I'm scared that I'm putting all this work into running everyday but I won't be able to lose a drastic amount of weight just by running and eating healthy alone. Can I?
