Welcome. Can I please suggest that the basis for successfully sticking to your food diary is PLANNING - PLANNING AND MORE PLANNING. There is nothing worse than going to the fridge and having no idea what you are going to eat. This generally leads to just grabbing anything that happens to be there and it could well be calorie laden. I hope this helps.0
