It is amazing to how this wonderful site is helping so many people. I find that MFP is really helping with my accountability on my nutrition and fitness. A little over 1 year ago, I had a lot of health issues and all the baggage that goes with that. Now, every day is a blessing! I have a new lease on life. My whole attitude has change on so many levels!!! I find that as I set new goals, I'm relying on the support I get from y’all! Thank you :happy:

Oh yeah...that stats....
starting weight: 330, lowest weight 213, current weight 222
I just started round 3 of P90X
No more heart meds !!!!
Cholestoral was 276 now 145
All this in 11 months !!!
