how long do you think this will take starting at 33% body fat?

Percentages don't work that way. Is it 33% at 100 lbs, or 33% at 400 lbs? It makes a difference.

It took me about 90 days
    191.8 to 171.8 lbs.
    28.5 to 18% body fat.

But like the above said, it depends on your current stats.

    Really?

How are you measuring that drop?

I've been using calipers - 3 point. as well as bioimpedence, both show the same trend. Here's my data if you're interested.

Are you saying that you want to lose 10% of your body fat (from 33% to 29.7%) or 30.3% of your body fat (from 33 % to 23%)?

The caliper method tells me I'm at 10%. I'm nowhere near that.

As long as you're measuring consistently, you'll get an accurate trend, even if the actual number is not accurate. There's a difference between precision and accuracy.

And you’re how tall? Is there any reason why you chose that specific number?

Regardless, a good approach would be to start losing weight at a non-aggressive rate (maybe 1-1.5lb/week) and do some resistance training to maintain your muscle mass. How long it takes to reduce your bf% depends entirely on your chosen rate of weight loss and caloric deficit.

I’m 128 lbs, 5’4”, and my estimated BF is 25-6%. My end-goal is 20%, but I have no idea how long that will take - I’m just enjoying the process at this point.

I'm 5"7 n I'm not sure really I think I'd like to get to 23% see how I feel then reevaluate

That’s as good a plan as any  . I’d definitely look into a heavy lifting program like Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5, or Strong Curves. Eat at a deficit, lift, maintain muscle mass, lose fat, see what happens, and have fun

It took me a year to get from 37% to just over 25%. (dexa scan for both measurements).

According to the calculator below you'd have to get to 134. That assumes no loss of lean body mass, which is unlikely but a best guess. So 19 pounds. I'd say 38 weeks, or 9 months. Best guess but don't bet money on it.

@cavia Are you power cleaning that (in your profile pic)?? It looks *awesome*. That’s amazing, I’m a complete lightweight on the cleans, and they still psych me out. Do feel free to share any wisdom

As for how long it will take, I have no idea, OP. Any reason why duration is so important? Just… get started. You’ll get there

I don't think anyone can tell you how long it will take, as there are too many variables. How you adhere to a deficit and what you're doing to maintain muscle mass will play huge factors in any guesstimate.
