cucumber slices with either low fat cottage cheese or hummus. you can add celery or carrots too. my sister likes "angled eggs" or deviled eggs using hummus or yoghourt rather than mayo. popcorn (no salt, no butter) isn't bad either, they have them in 100 calorie bags ready to pop.0

An apple, sliced. Crunchy, sweet, fulling. Actually, I'm a big fan of trying not to snack at all when watching TV. Too easy to go overboard. It's a good habit to break, if you can.0

I just ate a whole pint of stony field chocolate frozen yogurt, mixed with cocoa powder and PB2...pretty good snack.
I'm thinking for you but I'm actually trying to get my fat up so I don't focus on low fat. I do eat 0% greek yogurt though and you can mix all kinds of things in there, also the cocoa powder/pb2, or an oreo cookie, berries, etc.0 -
Thanks everyone I thought if I ate some Brazil nuts as a snack they would be better but I my god I would have better off to eat a bar of chocolate : (0

Brazil nuts are packs full of nutrients and healthy fats. Arguably "better for you" than a chocolate bar. But a chocolate bar would have its own benefits. They are both high in fat. May I ask why you're going for low fat? For weight loss it's really about the calories.
But low fat snacks that Are good for munching would include: pretzels, baked chips, light popcorn, any veggie dipped in a nonfat dip, fruit, low or nonfat dairy (yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese). There's lots of low fat options out there.0 -
