iPhone steps

Is anyone having issues with MFP giving too many steps. I've walked close to 19000 steps today plus 26 flights of steps according to iPhone but MFP says I've taken over 28,000 steps.

I believe I saw this reported as a glitch. Mine doesn’t overestimate my steps, but my calories added are through the roof (around 600 cal for 11,500 steps, 128lbs). Hopefully it’ll get sorted soon. I’m usually weary of the activity/exercise calories, but this is just silly

iPhone counts steps from running/walking as the same. I don't run so maybe it counts more steps if you run.0
