I started this a while back and didn't stay with it !! I just started on here again about a week ago. I started a diet on February 25, 2015 so far I have lost 34.6 lbs just trying to keep going!!

Wow that's awesome. What are you doing Bc I'm trying to get around the 150 160 mark. Currently 207 was 234 in March.0

Benashcraft98, Bg_fit , I stopped all cokes and teas cold turkey ( yes caffeine withdraws for three days bad head aches) and I stayed on water only since then. I lost about 7 lbs in about a week also watching how much I was eating. I'm at 203 this morning and want to get to about 180 then start hitting the gym again real hard.0 -
