losing the weight I gained when my son was sick

My son was born extremely premature. He spent an extremely long time in the nick and I gained most of my weight during that time. I am in need of some buddies to keep me motivated. Day 3 and on my way to lose 60 lbs

    Starting here is a great first step. My son was also born early, and spent a while in the nicu. I highly advise you meal plan. Its the only way I can stick to it with 3 children at my feet. :)
