i've lost nearly 60lbs and my body has toned up nicely. The only thing that is still huge is my butt. My waist is tiny and then I just have a huge amount of a*s. Lol I have a really important call back for a modeling agency in July and I'd just like to tone it down a bit. I'm not sure that they appreciate my curves. Any exercises I can do to get rid of some booty?! Help me out!

    To get rid of body mass is all about diet, not exercise selection. Some people lose from certain areas first or last, but it's still all about using more calories than eating. So keep up what you've been doing, it's worked wonders so far.

    Now if you want to gain mass in certain areas, you can spot-increase based upon working the muscles in question and forcing them to grow to adapt.
