Hello. I've been trying to loose weight for years. But I'm addicted to suger, in particular soda. Very hard to give up. I've tried different things, so I'm hoping this will stick, if I really monitor myself and see some improvement.

    Im the same, i use to drink at least 3 sugary fizzy drinks a day and only 1 glass off water. i now drink one sugar free fizzy drink a day and a lot more water, but i'm not ready to give up that one yet.

    me too and that's whats caused my weight gain. Now I don't have nearly as much. Once a week is sensible enough
