Getting started!!

Hi guys! Just starting my diet tomorrow! I have put on 2 stone since I got the new coil in last September! And instead of rushing to get it out in determined to lose this 2 stone myself!! Any motivation tips will be welcome :-)

Buy some food scales, weigh and log your food. Its about consistent deficits.
