All you can do is eat at a deficit and hope they come from your thighs! I've been logging, lifting heavy weights, and increasing my general activity, and in two months have gone from 25 inch thighs to about 23. Your results will most likely vary

Eat at a slight calorie deficit, weigh and log consistently and you will lose.

I can't see there being a good answer to that question. People lose differently, plus, if you are given a set time frame and you don't meet that you may get disheartened. If you lose consistently the weight and inches will come off, be patient.

Agreed. I also went from 26 to 23. Took me quite awhile as I hold so much fat there. I started eating at a deficit last June and got down to 23 around February/March.

    Eh. About a 6 or 26/27's. GAP says I'm a 4 but that's bull.

No prob bob! If you're shaped like me, your dress size might be smaller. I'm a 2/4 depending on the cut.
