    Bad cravings ever since cutting down calories & eating right. I kept focused with the help of family, friends, and my husband. Although I did whine alot hahaha.

    Successes/struggles this week: I was traveling all week - stayed in a hotel, ate out and drank a lot. At least I did my runs :) Miss my healthy food and look forward to a long run tomorrow! I know next week will be better!

    My struggle is alcohol and evening snacks, and not wanting to exercise, so my goal for this coming week is no alcohol, no evening snacks and 30 mins on the treadmill most days.

    Successes/struggles 10th May: I actually did really well counting calories and exercising, so the increase is a little frustrating. I have a noticed a trend though and that is I will drop 4, almost 5 pounds one week and then level out the next, then a big drop, then level out. I’m pretty sure this is my leveling out week. Here’s hoping next week will be a loss.

    Successes/struggles: I decided to switch my weigh in day to Saturdays. I had a really good week leading up to Thursday. We had a small crawfish boil Thursday afternoon, so lots of beer and sodium. But I maintained my weight for the week despite that fact...so I'll take it!!!

    This is the first challenge I've ever participated in because I'm new to the community. What amazes me is the honesty and commitment of the people who gain even when they wanted to lose. This acceptance coupled with the determination that they aren't going to let this happen next week has been most inspiring to me. I am learning that the journey isn't always perfectly linear... reaching our goal is no less respectable if it takes us twice as long as someone else to lose "x" lbs. You all are an awesome group. Whether you've gained or lost this week, you acknowledge struggles, successes, weaknesses, and by posting here show your commitment to your health. I think this type of challenge is something I'll participate in regularly in the future. Thanks for inspiring me!

Went out on Friday, consumed extra calories, but was hungobver the next day, so didn't overeat, lol. Been keeping up on my water intake, relieving bloat, and shedding excess water weight. Began inserting exercise into my routine, it's going slow but well!
