:smile: Hi fellow pound losers. I am new to this forum and looking forward to encouragement and support on my journey to healthiness. I need to lose 30#, just to be fat...lol. My ultimate goal is to be at 170 from my initial 249. So far, have lost 27 in the last 2.5 months. As a health care professional, I know it is aggressive, but I am being safe. No supplements. Just cut back on carbs(not atkins), cut back on calories, and uncreased the exercise. Looking forward to hearing some tips from everyone...

    I have lost 50 in about a year and a half with out excersizing just counting calories. Down 2 pants sizes man I should have done this a long time ago.
    Hang in there it will come off.

    Hi pa2b32!. MFP is a great place for encouragement, support and motivation. Congrats on the 27lbs. lost so far. You are on your way. It's good you re regaining control of your life.
