Pre-workout?

lately I have been using Neon pre-wokout mix before my workouts. I feel like I have tons of energy and my workouts are great. I was just wondering if there is a catch to this? Is there any real health problems that come with this much caffeine? Do you drink pre-workout? Why or why not?

I did 5-6 days a week every week for probably over a year!

I found no side effects (except my tolerance to caffeine went up a bit)

    I don't anymore because:

I have better things to spend money on
I don't need them anymore (except maybe once a month or so)

I usually just eat a banana 30-45 mins before. Never felt the need for the pre-workout drink tbh.

Oh if i workout in mornings I drink a cup of coffee but that's routine not necessarily for pre-workout.

    Exactly this.
There are however some amino acids (Beta-Alanine, Citrulline Malate, Tyrosine) that may deliver some performance benefits as well, though you'd have to decide for yourself if that is what you want (being somewhat dependent on these substances to increase performance a tiny bit).
