I'm waiting on a sample food plan for my macros plan that I'm supposed to be following, in the meantime, I'm wondering if someone can help me out!
I'm supposed to net 1500cals
25%/94g Carbs
35%/131g Protein
40%/67g Fat
I've had a hard time getting the balance right.

Protein typically works out to 0.8grams per lb of body weight. So unless you weigh 164lbs you have more than enough protein.
You may find the carbs a little low for energy...it all depends on what your goals are for fitness etc.
Personally I would switch out some protein for carbs...but again depends on your goals for fitness...
Mine are set for me but they are 45/25/30 and I do typically go over on protein...and under on carbs but not on purpose...0 -
I didn't set these numbers, I met with a nutrition counsellor over the weekend who set them for me - and I'm 157lbs currently so the protein is pretty close to 0.8g per lb. I haven't been losing at the rate I should be given my activity level so this is what's being recommended, I just don't know what it looks like yet and I'm having a hard time figuring out how to plan meals to fit this.0
