Kettleworx Review

I am finishing up week 6 of Kettleworx so thought I would write up a review for anyone that is curious. In the past I have tried 30 day shred (which I gave up on because I thought it was boring) and P90X (which I thought was too hard). I have to say Kettleworx is the most fun workout video I've done. The package I bought was $90 and included the following:
5lb Kettlebell
Core (contains 6 workouts)
Resistance (6 workouts)
Cardio (6 workouts)
Fast Abs (3 10 min workouts, I think)
Fast Fat Burn (3 10 min workouts, I think)
Chest and back
Arms and shoulders
Butt and hips
Legs and Thighs
Intro video
PDF of diet and exercise tips
All these workouts are 20 min except for the fast ones. I got the 5lb for my wife, but she ended up not being interested in it. I bought a 10lb kettlebell to use for the first 6 weeks but now I am moving up to 15lb. Each video is made up of a warmup, 2 or 3 sets of exercises, then a cooldown. The workouts are all copied and pasted and reused in different videos but they are pretty easy to learn and work the whole body. It moves quick enough that I am sweating a lot by the end of the workout.
If I had to make one complaint it would be that the editing could be better. I know of 2-3 workouts where you'll be in the middle of a rep and they'll cut and then the trainer is staring a new rep. This is just a minor annoyance.
I'm a runner but I wanted to do strength training to get more toned and boost metabolism. As some one who normally hates workout videos I have to say this is one I've actually stuck with and I'm looking forward to doing it more with a heavier weight.

Thanks for posting a review of this.
I started Kettlebell Bombshell using a 15 lb. weight and am loving kettlebells. The Kettleworx seems like a more all-inclusive workout with a warm-up and cool down, which the Bombshell DVD does not have.0 -
Thanks! I have been looking for a kettlebell work out to go with the 10lb kettlebell I have.0

I just bought the small bundle kit at Target! It has the 5lb kettle bell and 6 DVDs, I'm super excited to get started!0
