im here to lose a bit of weight anyone with any tips please feel free thanks

    I can recommend three things, IMHO

    1. portion control (this is most important - nothing else will help you as this one)
    2. lots of water (at least 10 glasses a day)
    3. login at MFP, religiously follow the calorie limits for your body every day and participate in community forum (a support system is invaluable in this journey)

    That's it! It is working for me... and I have thyroid and myriad hormone issues, still I am slowly but surely losing the bulge... wish you all the best!
