I just started and I lost 2.5 pounds in a week by not skipping a meal, eating healthier, lots of protein and exercise in my diet. I'm so happy thought I'd share

Congrats! I joined about a week ago and lost 2.6 pounds. MFP helped me realize how big a portion needs to be and how many calories are in the things I would "binge" on. I also started drinking water and stopped drinking so much soda!0
